• Our staff have been trained to help you and assist with the correct choice of vehicle for your hire period.
• The advice given is based on our previous experience with customer needs. If your are in doubt about the size of vehicle you require then please visit our depot and view the vehicles.
• Our hire prices quoted Do not include fuel vehicles should be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the commencement of the hire. In most cases this is a full tank .             A returnable deposit is payable at the start of the hire. Please note due to the contiual increasing fuel prices we reserve the right to increase the deposit without prior notice.
• 4 Hour Hires are charged on a mileage basis we recommend that if you intend to do more than 50 miles then you should hire for one day.

Late Charges

• Vehicles are hired and covered by our Insurance Company on a strict 24 hr basis which is live from our depot, customers returning excessively late after this period are liable to a late charge, as we are charged by our insurance Co we have no alternative other than to pass these charges on to our customers. 
• We would advise you therefore to ensure your vehicle is returned within the hire period to avoid this.
• If you anticipate a late return please contact our staff in advance and for a small extra charge we will make arangements for you to drop your off vehicle after hours.

Customer Satisfaction

This year has seen an excellent growth in our business with around 65% of our business coming from repeat customers which proves our confidence in customer service. This year and next will see a growth in areas such as Minibus Hire & People Carriers along with a large increase in our car fleet escpecially in the Economy Sector.  Our new fleet of trucks which includes Tippers Dropsides and Crewcabs have been doing well since introduction. We also have a large fleet of Luton Bodied Vans with a choice of vehicles from small 3.6m Lutons to XLWB 4.25m Lutons each category has vehicles have a choice of Tail Lift or Non Tail Lift vehicles.
